Their Lives Mattered

September 5, 2019

Honoring Stolen Lives is a collaborative art project in remembrance of those lost to police violence in Dallas. It involves a film composed of interviews across the city in which Dallas residents voice ideas about accountability, healing, and how to best remember those killed by law enforcement in our city. It also features poetry and music performances based on themes in the film, as well as a community discussion moderated by Mothers Against Police Brutality.
